HPLC法测定桔贝合剂中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Jubei Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定桔贝合剂中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Spherisorb C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2),检测波长为280nm,流速为1mL.min-1,柱温为室温。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.1024～0.9216μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系;平均加样回收率为99.98%,RSD=0.95%(n=6)。结论:本方法精密度高、分离度好,可用于桔贝合剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE： To determine the content of Baicalin in Jubei oral liquid by HPLC. METHODS： HPLC was adopted with Spherisorb C18（200mm × 4.6mm, 5μm） with column at room temperature. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid （47 ： 53 ： 0.2） with a flow rate of lmL·min^-1. AUV-detector at 280nm was used. RE- SULTS： Baicalin showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.102 4-0.921 6μg. The average recovery was 99.98%, RSD = 0.95% （n = 6） .CONCLUSION： The method is of high precision and good separation, it can be used for the quality control of Jubei oral liquid.
