浅析医疗机构中药饮片管理存在的问题、原因及对策

Causes and Countermeasures of Problems Existed in the Management of Chinese Cut Crude Drugs in Medical Institutions

目的:提高中药饮片的质量。方法:结合日常监管工作的实践经验,分析医疗机构中药饮片管理存在的问题及产生的原因,并提出加强中药饮片质量管理的几点建议。结果与结论:应继续加强法律、法规的宣传教育;增强检查与抽验力度;加强供货方资质审查,规范购药渠道;加大药品监管与执法力度。医疗机构和药品监管部门应各司其职,努力探索加强中药饮片管理的途径与方法,确保中药饮片质量。

OBJECTIVE： To improve the quality of Chinese cut crude drugs. METHODS： Based on our experience with routine practical work of supervision, we analyzed the problems existed in quality control of Chinese cut crude drugs and the causes, and we put forward some suggestions on the quality control of Chinese cut crude drugs. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： It is advisable to continue to strengthen propaganda and education of laws and regulations, strengthen inspection and selective test, enforce examination of qualification of the supplier to standardized channels of medicine purchase, and to strengthen drug control and law enforcement. The medical institutions and drug administration should pay their due efforts to explore ways and means to strengthen management to ensure the quality of the Chinese cut crude drugs.
