摘要
运用文献资料法、心理及生理测验研究太极拳锻炼对老年人生活质量的影响.以进行太极拳锻炼3年以上(含3年)的老年人和无锻炼者进行横断面对比研究,结果发现太极拳运动不仅在心理上丰富了老年人的精神文化生活,同时从生理上增强了躯体感觉、肌肉力量、身体柔韧性和协调反应的能力,提高了老年人的生活质量.
Literature, psychological and physiological tests of Taiji training on the quality of life of the olderly. A cross-sectional study was done to compare the old persons that practiced Taijiquan more than three years (including three years) with the persons without exercising. Taijiquan is found not only psychologically improves the elderly spiritual and cultural life, but also that of their physiology.such as their physical sensation, muscle strength, physical flexibility and coordination response capacity, so as to improve quality of life of older persons.
