学习型社会中高校图书馆的定位与建设

The Orientation and Construction of the University Libraries in the Studying-based Society

在学习型社会中,高校图书馆应把自身科学定位为学习中心和学习型组织.当前,作为高校的学习中心,高校图书馆应抓好三方面的建设:一是构建资源,消除障碍,创造优良的学习条件;二是扩大宣传,创新活动,培养良好的学习习惯;三是加强教育,引导学习,培养高效的学习能力.而要建成学习型组织,高校图书馆应做好三点:一是确立高校图书馆的发展目标和馆员个人的奋斗目标;二是建立健全有效的学习机制;三是建立科学合理的绩效考核制度.

In the studying-based society,it＇s up to the library in university to orientate itself as a studying center and studying-based organization. Presently, as a studying center, the library should pay much attention to the following three aspects：First, collect and form resources as well as remove obstacles to create favorable conditions of studying, Second, spread propaganda and be engaged in new and original activities so as to form good studying habits, Third,in order to cultivate the efficient studying ability,strengthening education and guiding studying are required. If the library wants to be a studyingbased organization,it would better do well in three aspects： Firstly, set the developing goals for both the libraries and the librarians themselves：Secondly,establish a sound and effective studying strategy; Thirdly,build a scientific and reasonable system to evaluate the achievements and effects.
