桥本氏病的诊断和治疗

Dignosis and treatment of Hashimoto's Disease

1967年～1995年间收治桥本氏病患者91例，对其临床表现、辅助检查、诊断和治疗情况进行总结，结合文献才桥本氏病的诊断要点、治疗方法以及桥本氏病与甲亢的关系进行了探讨。认为桥本氏病的检出率呈增高趋势，但典型的桥本氏病并不多见，给临床诊断带来一定困难，误诊率很高，对手术切除应采取谨慎态度。

The paper reports 91 cases of Hashimoto's Disease hospitalized in the department of general surgery in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Medical University during 1967~1995. Combined with literatures, the following things were discussed about the disease, including gists of diagnosis, rnethods of treatment and the relation between hyperthyroidism and it. The auther think that Hashimoto's Disease is chareterized by rising ineidlence rate,high misdiagnostic rate and rare typical cases. The diagnosis is very difficult preoperatively, so we should be careful of choosing thyroidectomy.
