新疆伊犁地区锡伯族汉族冠心病患者冠脉病变对比研究

Comparative study of coronary lesion between patients of Xibo nationality and Han nationality in Yili,Xinjiang

目的对比研究新疆伊犁地区锡伯族、汉族冠心病患者冠状动脉病变情况。方法分析15例锡伯族和45例汉族冠心病患者冠状动脉(冠脉)造影结果,并计算冠脉病变Gensini积分。结果锡伯族患者冠脉病变支数少于汉族,1.73±0.23 vs 2.33±0.12,P<0.05;锡伯族患者冠脉病变Gensini积分明显低于汉族患者,8.07±1.15 vs14.78±1.40,P<0.05。结论锡伯族和汉族冠心病患者冠状动脉造影特点存在差异,锡伯族冠心病患者冠状动脉病变严重程度低于汉族冠心病患者。

Objective To compare the coronary lesions by analyzing the findings of angiography between Xibo nationality and Han nationality patients with coronary artery disease （CAD） . Methods 15 Xibo nationality patients and 45 Han nationality patients in Yili city, who had been diagnosed to have CAD by coronary angiography, were enrolled in the present study. The coronary lesions were evaluated on the basis of the number and location of coronary lesions. The severity of coronary lesions was graded by calculating Gensini score. Results The number of coronary lesions in Xibo nationality patients was less than that in Han nationality patients （1.73±0.23 vs 2.33±0.12, P 〈0.05 ） ; the Gensini score of coronary lesion of Xibo nationality patients was less than Han nationality patients （ 8.07 ± 1.15 vs 14.78 ± 1.40, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There are differences in angiographic characteristics between Xibo nationality patients and Han nationality patients, with the severity of coronary lesion higher in Han than in Xibo.
