摘要
针对河南省水资源供需矛盾,对全省山前岗地与平原区浅层地下水功能进行评价。主要考虑地下水的资源功能、生态功能、地质环境功能,并分别建立属性指标数据层。运用层次分析法评价软件GFS以及MapGIS的空间叠加能,对各属性指标进行加权计算和空间数据的叠加计算,综合评价得出河南省浅层地下水开发利用的可持续性等级与区域分布。共分为5个区域等级,即可持续性强区、可持续性较强区、可持续性一般区、可持续性较弱区和可持续性弱区。可为河南省国土规划、地下水资源合理开发利用和环境保护提供科学依据。
To rationally exploit the shallow groundwater and alleviate the imbalance between water demand and supply, the authors assessed sustainability of groundwater development in the hillocks and plains, Henan Province. Main consideration in resource function, geo-environment function and ecological function. The authors set up the basic data of attributeqayer respectively. Then using weight summation assessment model (GFS) and space superposition function of MapGIS, they adopted weight calculation on three influencing factors above and superimposed calculation on spatial data, and obtained a clear map of sustainable exploitation districts of shallow groundwater. As a result, the area was divided into five grade districts: the most own sustainable, own sustainable, relative own sustainable, general absence sustainable and absence sustainable.
