摘要
论述了农业节水工程形式优选的多目标性,探讨了Blin法、密切值法、逼近于理想解的排序法和综合效果测度法等4种多目标优选方法,研究了逼近理想点的赋权法。并以此为基础,通过不同评价方法的集结建立了农业节水工程形式优选模型。将该模型应用于实例,验证了其合理性和实用性。研究结果表明,聊城市现阶段农业节水灌溉工程的规划和建设应以低压管道为重。
The multi-objective property of agricultural water-saving engineering pattern optimization is discussed, and four optimization methods, i. e. , the Blin method, the oscillating value method, the TOPSIS (Technique of order preference by similarity to ideal solution) method, and the comprehensive effect measure method, are also discussed in this paper. The approaching to the ideal point weight model is researched. Based on these studies, optimization model for agricultural water-saving engineering pattern is built through the integration of different assessment methods. The rationality and the practicability are validated by case study of Liaocheng City, Shandong Province. The study indicates that the planning and construction of agricultural water-saving engineering should stress on the low-pressure pipeline in the near future in the city.
