摘要
对某电厂1号炉高温过热器爆管的管段进行了宏观特征分析、金相分析、爆口附近管材力学性能测定.综合分析结果表明,该过热器管的组织严重老化,存在较多的蠕变孔洞和微裂纹,爆口附近材料的抗拉强度明显降低,爆口边缘较钝,无明显涨粗,呈脆性破坏特征,爆管的原因为长期超温运行.
This report gives comprehensive analyses on the superheater tube-exploration at some power station by means of mechanical testing, macrofractographic and metallographic examination. The results show that the microstructure was serious ageing and tensile properties are deteriorated near the brittle fracture zone. The tube-bursting is caused by long-time overheating.
