摘要
为制备高品质甲壳素衍生物,研究了利用家蚕蛹皮制备甲壳素的最佳工艺条件:将家蚕蛹皮用3%HCl在30℃条件下浸泡22 h,再用5%NaOH在85℃条件下水浴4 h,然后用10%H2O2于85℃下加热脱色0.5 h。上述工艺制备的甲壳素为白色片状或粉状固体,甲壳素提取率为32%,水分含量为5%~10%,灰分含量为0.63%~0.81%,含氮量为5.86%~6.02%。产品质量指标达到食品级标准。
In order to produce chitin derivative with high-quality, the procesSing for producing chitin from puparia of silkworm Bombyx mori were optimized: puparia were dipped in 3% HCI for 22 h at 30 ℃ then in 5% NaOH for 4 h at 85℃, followed by decoloring in 10% H2O2for 0.5 h under 85 ℃. The chitin produced with above technics is white tabular solids or powder with 5% ~ 10% water contenK0.63%~0.81% ashy substance and 5.86% ~6.02% nitrogen. The productivity of processing was 32%. Its quality indexes reached that of edible chitin.
