大肠癌合并低位肠梗阻的Ⅰ期手术治疗

Primary anastomosis for colorectal carcinoma complicated with distal intestinal obstruction

报道1989～1995年采用Ⅰ期手术切除吻合术治疗50例大肠癌所致的急性低位肠梗阻，其中5例合并肠穿孔，均获痊愈，仅2例切口感染，无吻合口漏及其他并发症。认为只要无休克及肠坏死．术前、术中做好相应的处理，对大肠癌合并急性低位肠梗阻的Ⅰ期切除吻合术是安全的。

5O cases of acute distal intestinal obstructions caused by colorectal carcinoma were treated by primary resection and anastomosis from 1989 to 1995. Among them, all 5 cases complicated with perforations fully recovered. No anastomotic fistulas or other complications occurred except 2 cases complicated with wound infections. It suggested that primary resection and anastomosis were safe operations to the patients complicated with acute distal inteslinal obstructions under the conditionon that the patients had no shock and intestinal necrosis, and were treated properly pre-and in operations.
