摘要
针对两柱掩护式支架在放顶煤工作面出现的因位态不合理而引起支架围岩状态恶化的情况,对平衡千斤顶在放顶煤两柱掩护支架适应性的作用进行了探讨.采用理论分析及现场实测的方法研究了支架位态、支架稳定性、工作面端面顶煤的稳定性及四连杆受力与平衡千斤顶工作方式及工作阻力之间的关系.分析结果表明,通过平衡千斤顶可以控制移架过程中顶梁仰角的变化,并可调节支架各部位受力以适应放煤过程中顶梁外载的变化,从而提高了两柱式支架对放顶煤工作面围岩活动规律的适应性.研究结果对于现场操作及新架型的改进都有一定的指导作用.
In order to solve the problem of support-strata worsening induced by improper supporting in top-coal caving working face, the role of equilibrium jack in adaptability of 2-leg shield support is studied. The relations of support state, stability of support and top coal above the working face, stress condition of four bar linkage with the strength situation of the equilibrium jack were theoretically analyzed and in-situ observed. The results show that the variation in elevation angle of roof beam can be controlled by the equilibrium jack in moving support and the stress at different parts can be adjusted according to the variation of the support load in coal caving process, greatly improving the adaptability of the 2-leg shield support in top-coal caving working face.
