The Design of the New Slot for the Heating Elements in the Coating Furnace

涂层炉电热丝制作安装难度大,维修成本高。本文给出了一种新型的电热丝搁置槽,通过仿真发现,这种搁丝槽能够保证炉膛内温度场的均匀性,而且使电热丝的制作和安装更方便,降低了维修成本。

For the difllculty of production, installation and the high costs of maintenance of the heating elements, This paper provides a new type of slot to arrange heating elements. By the simulation, we found that the arrangement is to ensure the temperature uniformity in the hearth. Moreover, this arrangement not only makes production ,installation and replacement of heating elements more convenient, but also lower the costs of maintenance.
