摘要 互动式教学是公务员培训方式方法的改革与创新。互动式教学有其特有的内涵,互动式教学具有互动性、双向性、实时性、合作性、整合性、生动性和现实性的特点;互动式教学的类型有主题探讨法、问题归纳法、典型案例法、情景创设法、多维思辨法;互动式教学有其独特的优势和作用。 Interactive teaching mode is the reform as well as the innovation in ways of civil servants' training. With its particular connotation, it is characterized with interaction, double-direction, real-time property, cooperation, integration, vitality and practice, classifying subject discussion method, problem induction method, typical case method, scenario creation method and multidimensional thinking method. Thus, interactive teaching has its special advantage and function.
