微机全自动程序控制的条件性位置偏爱实验系统 被引量:4

摘要 本文建立了微机自动控制动物条件性位置偏爱系统。由计算机在实验进行的过程中对有关信息数据进行记录、分析、图示 ,定期完成实验。结果输出到打印机 ,并存盘保存。本系统配制不同的穿梭箱 ,可完成不同类型动物的条件性位置偏爱实验。用本方法对大鼠进行吗啡位置偏爱实验 ,注射吗啡组大鼠在白盒 (伴药盒 )中停留时间为673.9s±s76.5s ,注射盐水组大鼠在白盒中停留时间为327.6s±s137.8s ,P<0.05。表明吗啡具有位置偏爱效应 ,说明该方法的应用是成功的。 A computer controled experiment system of conditioned place preference(CPP) was established. In the process of experiment,the data was collected, analysed and showed automatically by a microcomputer. The result was output to the printer and/or saved on disks. With this system,the CPP effects of drug on different kind of animals can be tested using different shuttle-boxes. In the present study, the CPP effects of morphine in rats were examined. The time that rats with sc injected morphine (5 mg·kg-1) stayed in white box (drug-paired box) was 673.9 s±s 76.5 s, while those with saline injection stayed in white box was 327.6 s±s137.8 s (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that morphine has CPP effects and also suggests that our technique system is success full.
