摘要
简述了扩张阳极与改性隔膜的技术特点,介绍了该技术在巴陵石化有限责任公司19-Ⅱ型金属阳极电解槽上的使用情况。电解槽改造后,在电流密度1820A/m2下运行,平均单槽电压3.09V。根据生产实践经验,阐述了要充分发挥扩张阳极与改性隔膜的技术优势,必须加强盐水质量、隔膜吸附、电解槽组装等几个方面的控制和管理。
The technical characters of expanding anodes and modified diaphragms are related in brief, and the service situation of the technique is introduced in 19 - Ⅱ type metal anode electrolyzers are running under 3.09 V of average voltage per cell and 1 820 A/m^2 of current density. It is related that, the control and management on brine quality, diaphragm adsorption and electrolyzer assembly must be strengthened to make full use of the technique superiority of expansion anodes and modified diaphragms depending on the experiences of production practice.
