摘要 [目的]了解机车司机班后生理、心理健康状况,以便采取有效措施,保障行车安全。[方法]2004年12月至2005年1月,对济南机务段的52名当班值乘机车司机和117名车站值班员进行调查。[结果]机车司机主观疲劳7个方面的罹患率均高于值班员(P<0.01或<0.05);自觉疲劳症状中的躯体疲劳、精神疲劳和感觉疲劳阳性率均高于值班员(P<0.01或<0.05);对红色、绿色和平均反应时间高于值班员,红色、黄色、绿色闪烁融合频率时间值均低于值班员(P<0.05)。[结论]机车司机值乘后的疲劳明显。 [Objective]To investigate the mental and physical health condition of Locomotive engineers after the line of their duty. take effective strategies to ensure safety transportation. [Methods]52 locomotive engineers and 117 employees on duty were randomly selected for this study from December 2004 to January 2005. [Results]The incidence concerning 7 subjective fatigue in locomotive engineer was higher than that in employees on duty P 〈0.01 or 〈0.05) ,of the symptoms concerning subjective fatigue, the positive rate of physical fatigue, mental and sensory fatigue was higher in locomotive engineers than that in the employees on duty ( P 〈0.01 or 〈0.05),The average response duration to red and green was higher than that in employees on duty . The critical flicker fusion frequency for average change of red, yellow and green was lower than that in the employees on duty ( P 〈0.05). [Conclusion]The sensory of fatigue was up in Locomotive engineers after the line of their duty.
