高唐县长途卡车司机艾滋病健康教育干预效果评价

Evaluation on the Effect of AIDS Health Education among Truck Drivers in Gaotang County

[目的]了解长途卡车司机艾滋病防治知识知晓情况及对其进行健康教育干预的效果，以期对预防艾滋病工作提供借鉴。[方法]2005年2～12月，在高唐县对时风集团部分长途卡车司机进行调查与健康教育干预，并评价干预效果。[结果]艾滋病基础知识知晓率干预前为56．41％。干预后为80．53%（P〈0.01），10项基础知识的知晓率干预后均高于干预前（P〈0.01）。干预前后调查对象对不洁性行为可以传播艾滋病的知晓率均在90％以上；对艾滋病非传播途径的知晓率均较低，干预后均有明显的提高（P〈0.01）。干预前，调查对象对艾滋病存在恐惧心理，干预后对艾滋病病人或HIV感染者的态度均有所好转（P〈0.01）。[结论]对长途卡车司机进行艾滋病防治健康教育干预效果明显。

[Objective]To understand the knowledge and awareness related to HIV/ AIDS among truck drivers and the effect of AIDS Health Education; provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention.[Methods]Investigation and health education among some truck drivers from Shifeng Group were conducted between Feb and Dec, 2005;After the intervention, effect of AIDS Health Education was evaluated.[Results]The HIV/AIDS knowledge understanding rate increased from 56.41% to 80.53% after intervention. The understanding rate concerning 10 basic items increased obviously（ P 〈0.01） after intervention. The understanding rate concerning transmission of AIDS through unsafe sexual behavior was 90% after intervention. The understanding rate about non-transmission route was low, but it increased obviously after health education（ P 〈0.01）. Fear feelings towards AIDS patients decreased after intervention,their attitudes to HIV-infected persons were improved（ P 〈0.01）.[Conclusion]AIDS Health Education among truck drivers could achieve good prevention and control effect.
