摘要
[目的]了解昌乐县乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗纳入儿童计划免疫后,医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种情况。[方法]采取回顾性调查的方法,对5 921名新生儿进行调查。[结果]医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种率、及时接种率分别为98.14%、97.10%,母亲HBsAg阳性率1.30%。[结论]昌乐县医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种工作开展较好。
[Objective]To investigate HB vaccination rate of the first dose for newborns in maternity ward after HB vaccine was brought into EPI in Changle County. [Methods]5 921 newborn babies were investigated with retrospective review. [Results]The vaccination rate and timely vaccination rate of the first dose of HB vaccine for newborns reached 98. 14% and 97.10% respectively. The positive rate of HBsAg was 1.30% among mothers. [Conclusion]The vaccination of the first dose of HB vaccine for newborns was well carried out in obstetrical department in Changle county.
