Experimental Study on New Type of Ozone Instrument for Cleaning Wound

[目的]新型臭氧伤口清洗仪的试验研究。[方法]用碘量法测定臭氧含量,定量载体杀菌试验验证伤口清洗仪的消毒效果。[结果]该仪器产生臭氧水的臭氧含量平均为5.5 mg/L,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,对白色念珠菌作用8 min,其杀灭对数值≥3.0。[结论]该仪器产生的臭氧水对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌均有良好的杀灭作用。

[Objective]To explore experiment study on a new type of ozone instrument for cleaning wound. [Methods] Ozone＇s content was tested with iodine quantity method, the effect of disinfection of ozone instrument for cleaning wound was evaluated with quantitative carrier bactericidal method. [Results]The content of ozone in ozone water produced by ozone instrument for cleaning wound was 5.5 mg/L. The logarithmic value was ≥3.0 when exposed to E coli and Staphylococcus aureus for 5 minutes and Endomyces albicans for 8 minutes. [Conclusion]Ozone water produced by the ozone instrument can kill E. coil,Staphylococcus aureus and Endomyces albicans effectively.
