2004年济南市部分医疗机构消毒质量状况调查

Investigation on the situation of sterilization quality of hospitals in Ji'nan City in 2004

[目的]掌握济南市各级各类医疗机构消毒质量状况,更好指导促进消毒工作的开展。[方法]2004年,我们按照医疗机构的级别,对辖区47所医疗机构进行了消毒质量检测。[结果]不同类别的医院的消毒质量差异有统计学意义,其中三甲医疗机构样品合格率56.6%,二甲医疗机构样品合格率68.4%,其他医疗机构样品合格率62.4%。三类医疗机构的合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]建议医疗机构要正确对待在消毒质量方面存在的问题,提高认识,加强措施,提高消毒质量。

[Objective]To grasp of the situation of sterilization quality of all kinds of hospitals in Jfnan and improve the sterilization work. [Methods]we carried out the surveillance of 47 hospitals according to their ranks in 2004. [Results]The results indicate there are differences between different ranks of hospitals. 56.6% of the samples from Grade 3 hospotals were up to the standard, 68.4 % of the samples from Grade 2 hospotals were up to the standard, and 62.4 % of the samples from other hospotals were up to the standard. There was difference among them（ P〈0.01）. [Conclusion]Suggestions should be given as follows., take the correct attitude of these problems, enhance the measures, promote the sterilization quality.
