摘要
采用一种新的催化体系(甲醇钠与碱土金属氧化物或氢氧化物混合催化)对棉织物耐久阻燃剂FR-T的合成反应进行催化,使产物的转化率达到98.1%,大大减少了催化剂甲醇钠的用量(仅为传统方法用量的1/3),合成产物具有良好的阻燃性能;通过控制反应条件使产品中羟甲基甲醛含量达12.90%,游离甲醛量仅为0.42%.
The synthetic reaction of the cotton fabric flame retardant FR-T was catalyzed by a new catalyst system which was composed of Na methylate and alkali earth metals(Ca and Mg) oxide or hydroxide. The reaction conversion attained 98.1%, and Na methylate dosage was reduced to 1/3 of the conventional ones. The hydroxymethyl HCHO of the product attained 12.90% and the free HCHO was only 0.42% by controlling the reaction conditions. The product gave good flame retardant performances.
