摘要
以木浆为纤维素原料、十二烷基苯磺酸为催化剂,制备了一系列不同取代度的纤维素醋酸酯.研究了反应时间、温度、醋酸酐与纤维素质量比、催化剂用量等对取代度和产率的影响.结果表明:随着反应时间、反应温度、醋酸酐与纤维素质量比和催化剂用量的提高,其取代度DS增大,但产率降低.
Cellulose acetates with different substitution degrees were synthesized with wood pulp as raw material and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid as catalyst. The influences of reaction temperature and time, acetic anhydride - cellulose wt ratio and catalyst amt. etc. on the substitution degree and yield were investigated. The results showed that the substitution degree(DS) increased but the yield decreased with increasing the reaction temperature and time, the acetic anhydride - cellulose wt ratio and catalyst concn.
