摘要
采用掺杂Mg2+和Ba2+以及沉淀包裹BaSO4法对钴蓝颜料进行改性,以提高其光学性能.利用紫外可见光光谱分析(UV),X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)方法对样品进行分析测试,研究和探讨了CoO含量、烧成温度以及MgO、BaO和BaSO4对钴蓝颜料反射率的影响,特别是对波长439 nm和600 nm处的反射率的影响规律.结果表明,在1 250,°C下煅烧8 h,制备的MgO含量为1.0%的样品能达到较好的光学性能.
Cobalt blue was modified by doping Mg^2+ and Ba^2+ and packing BaSO4 to improve cobalt blue pigments' optical property. The characteristics of the samples were investigated by Ultraviolet spectrum analysis ( UV ) , X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ), The influences of the content of CoO, calcining temperature, MgO, BaO, BaSO4 on the reflectivity of the pigments, especially at the wavelength of 439 nm and 600 nm were analyzed. The results show that the sample containing 1.0% MgO possesses a good optical property when calcined at 1250℃ about 8h.
