摘要
石油、桥梁、电力等行业需要高效率、高精度、高性价比的管贯线数控切割系统.在研究管贯线数控切割原理的基础上,建立了适用于加工多个圆柱管任意角度相贯线的通用数学模型,开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的管贯线数控切割系统.系统工作原理是,将形成相贯线的曲线运动转化成钢管的转动和焊枪的水平运动,根据模型将两个分运动的位移换算成脉冲个数,由步进电机控制卡发出脉冲,经两台电机的复合运动即可得出所需的相贯线.此外,系统通过动态调整脉冲发出的速度来保证焊枪的切割速度恒定.试验表明,系统可以很好的满足加工要求.
It is in urgent need of high efficiency, high accuracy and low cost numeric control system for cutting pipe connecting trace in the areas of oil, bridges, power and so on. Based on the study of operational principle, general mathematic model was found to process column pipe connecting traces with several pipes intersecting at any angle. And the manufacture system was developed. The composite locomotion forming the connecting trace is decomposed into the rotation of the pipe and the horizontal movement of the welding torch, the distance of the two partial movements is converted into numbers of pulses and these pulses are sent out by stepping motor card to drive the two stepping motors at last. Furthermore, the cutting speed of welding torch is kept constantly by means of regulating the speed pulses are sent out dynamically. Experiment results show that the manufacture system can satisfy the demands of techniques.
