脐血间充质干细胞及其在脑梗死治疗中的作用 被引量:2

Umbilical Cord Blood Mesenchymal Stem Cells and Their Roles in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

摘要 脐血间充质于细胞能分化为神经细胞、星形胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞,免疫原性低,在较宽的时间窗内通过静脉注射也能向脑梗死区迁移,减轻神经功能缺损。脐血间充质干细胞具有来源充足、无创和不涉及伦理学问题等优势。文章对脐血间充质细胞的特点、生物学特性及其在脑梗死治疗中的研究做了综述。 Umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells (UBC MSCs) may differentiate into neurons, astrocytes and oligodendrocytes, and their immunogenicity is low. They may also migrate toward the areas of cerebral infarction by intravenous injection within the wider time window and reduce neurological deficits. UBC MSCs have the advantages of sufficient sources, noninvasive, and do not invole in ethical problems. This article reviews the features of UBC MSCs, characteristics of biology and their studies in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
