教学督导在民办高校教学质量监控体系中功能之研析

民办高校需要进一步完善内部质量监控和评价体系。要不断加强教学督导工作的建设,积极开展日常教学督导。通过日常教学巡视和检查等六项措施,加强对人才培养过程的管理。要完善教师、院系、学校三级质量保障机制,逐步建立保证教学质量不断提高的长效机制。

Civilian-run colleges and universities must further perfect their internal quality supervising and controlling and evaluating systems;ceaselessly strengthen the establishment of teaching superving work and actively develop this regular work and strengthen the administration of traing men of ability through six measures,such as regular inspecting,chceking works,etc;It is necessary for them to perfect the quality protection mechanism for the three degrees such as the teacher,the college-department and the university and gradually set up the long mechanism for guaranttee the teaching quality to be ceaselessly raised.
