The Eastern Movement of Zheng State and the Three Movements of Zheng City

郑国,是周宣王的弟弟姬友受封之地。为谋求发展,他深谋远虑逐渐吞并周边多个小国。后其子武公助平王东迁,占领了虢、郐二国的十邑之地,定都在桓公经营的郑父之丘,即今新郑市所在地。50年后,郑国"初霸中原",开始了中国历史上的"春秋争霸战"。

Zheng state,was the field given by Emperor Xuan of Zhou Dynasty to his dear brother Jiyou.In order to plan to develop,he deeply and thoughtfully annexed many small states aroud his field.Afterward,Prince Wu,son of Jiyou＇s,because had helped Emperor Ping to move eastward,occupied the area of ten towns from Guo and Kuai States and set his capital at the place now belong to Zhengzhou.After 50 years,Zheng state ‘first saught hegemony in Central Plains＇ and the ‘war of contending hegemong in Spring and Autumn period＇ in the history of China started.
