有乡村的存在,就有乡村文化的存在。乡村文化的核心是价值观念。新农村建设需要的是新的乡村文化,新农村建设只有在新的乡村文化的规范、引导下才能取得成功;而只有深入研究乡村文化现状,找到制约乡村文化建设的瓶颈因素,才能将乡村文化发扬光大,为构建和谐的新农村铺垫坚实的基础。

Where there is rural area, there is rural culture. The core of rural area culture is values. What the new countryside construction needs is the new countryside culture. Only under the norm and guidance of new rural culture, the new countryside construction can succeed. What＇ s the more, only deeply study the present condition of the countryside culture and find out the bottleneck factor can we develop the countryside culture and lay the soild foundation for construction of the harmonious new countryside.
