摘要
安全生产许可制度的确立,对于加强安全生产监督管理,从源头上预防和减少生产安全事故,落实依法治国的治国方略等都具有重要意义。为了保证这一制度的贯彻和实施,需要注意做到诸多事情,正确处理好几对关系。
The Establishment of safe production permission system has important meaning for strengthening safe production supervision,preventing and decreasing safe accident from the origin and carrying out the country runing plan.In order to carry out this system,it is necessary to pay attention to and correctly handle various relations.
