摘要
宽带薪酬结构是一种正在逐步被导入我国企业的新型的薪酬管理模式。通过对宽带薪酬结构的内涵和特征的分析,本文重点探索宽带薪酬结构实施的难点以及实施的条件,最后,提出宽带薪酬结构的设计流程。
Broad - banding salary mode is one of the new salary managing modes, which is gradually imported to China's enterprises. By analyzing the connotation and character of broad - banding salary mode, this paper mainly pays attention to the difficulties and conditions in the implementation of broad - banding salary. At last, the design procedure of broad - banding salary, mode is demonstrated.
