民营企业视角下的高职院校应用型人才培养——以浙江省台州市为例

Applied Talents Training Localization of Higher Vocational Colleges in View of Private Enterprises-- A Case Study of Taizhou City , Zhejiang Province

“以就业为导向”是高职院校的基本办学理念，而民营经济发展需要大量的高技能应用型人才怍为支撑，因此，目前到民营企业就业已成为民营经济发达地区高职毕业生就业的主渠道。通过对浙江省台州市27家民营企业的专题调研，以民营企业发展对应用型人才的需求为视角，指出高职院校特别是民营经济活跃地区的高职院校，应找准人才培养定位，培养出符合民营企业需求的应用型人才。

Regard employment as guidelines is a basic idea of running higher vocational colleges, and private economic development needs a large number of applied talents of high skill as supporting, so, at present obtaining employment in private enterprises already become the main channel of employment of graduates from higher vocational colleges in private economic developed area. Through carrying on special topic investigation for 27 private enterprises of Taizhou in Zhejiang Province, in view of private enterprises development demanding applied talents, the thesis points out higher vocational colleges of especially area where private economy is active, should find accurately localization of talents training, train the applied talents who accord with the demand of private enterprise.
