摘要
针对影响无芯棒拔制壁厚变化的各种因素,通过对比试验,推导出了壁厚变化的理论公式,定量的找出了各种状态下的无芯棒拔制壁厚变化规律,对指导冷拔钢管生产,拓宽冷拔生产规格,提高产品精度及开发新产品具有很重要的意义。
Aiming at different factors that affected wall thickness variation of the non - mandrel drawing steel pipe, through comparison testing, educed theory formula of wall thickness variation, and found out quantificationally mutative rules of the wall thickness for the different conditions in non - mandrel drawing process. Thereby it has very important significance to guide and widen manufacture size of the cold drawing pipe, as well as to improve products precision and develop new products.
