企业培训中现代多媒体技术的应用初探

多媒体技术是运用计算机综合处理多媒体信息（文本、声音、图形、图像等）的技术,包括将多种信息建立逻辑连接,进而集成一个具有交互性的系统。本文概要介绍了多媒体技术概念、原理以及特点,结合企业培训工作的需要与烟草企业的特点,阐明了运用多媒体技术提高和加强烟草企业培训工作的新思路,并在此基础上设计并开发了合烟多媒体教学培训软件,实践证实效果很好,最后还对多媒体技术在烟草企业培训的应用前景进行了展望。

This article outline introduced the multimedia technical concept, theprinciple as well as the characteristic, the union enterprise trainsthe work the need and the tobacco enterprise＇s characteristic, hadexpounded utilizes fhe multimedia technology to enhance andstrengthens the tobacco enterprise to train the work the newmentality, and designed in this foundation and develops has gatheredsmoke multimedia teaching training software, the practice confirmedthe effect was very good, finally the application prospect whichtrained in the tobacco enterprise has also carried on the forecast tothe multimedia technology.
