摘要
从做好非公有制企业参加基本养老保险的意义、当前工作中存在的困难和问题以及加快立法,转移重心,实现企业职工养老保险全覆盖等3个方面对非公有制企业参加养老保险的问题进行了阐述。
This paper expounds nonpublic enterprises joining basic endowment insurance from three aspects： significance of making a good job of nonpublic enterprises joining basic endowment insurance, problems and difficulties at present, realizing endowment insurance for all the staff of enterprise by quicken law-making and core shifting.
