河西走廊东部人工增雨试验效果评估 被引量:12

Assessment on Artificial Rainfall Experiment in the East Hexi Corridor

摘要 采用非随机试验,运用序列试验法、区域对比试验法、区域双比试验法和区域回归试验法,分析了1997-2004年5~9月份在河西走廊东部进行的人工增雨作业。试验发现,实施人工增雨作业后,8年平均累计增加降雨量131.5 mm,平均相对增雨率为26%。说明河西走廊东部进行的人工增雨效果是明显的,进行人工增雨是可行的。人工增雨为河西走廊东部开发利用空中水资源、改善环境、增加水库蓄水开辟了新的途径。 The Hexi Corridor is located in a continental arid area in northwest China, the average annual precipitation is 260 mm but varies in a range of 110 ~ 160 mm in the main agricultural regions in the central and northern parts of the corridor. Shortage of water resources in the east Hexi Corridor becomes more and more serious, so some entironment problems, such as the serious degeneration of natural vegetation, soil desertification and salinization or alkalization, land desertification and frequent occurrence of strong wind and sandstorm, occur. Thus, the social and economic sustainable development is restricted. Artificial rainfall is an effective measure to increase the volume of water resources and improve the ecology in the corridor. In this paper, the artificial rainfall in the east Hexi Corridor from May to September during the period of 1997 ~2004 is analyzed by means of non-random experiment, such as the sequential test, regional comparative experiment, regional double-comparative experiment and regional regression test. The results show that the rainfall was accumulatively increased by 131.5 mm in 8 years, that means the rainfall was increased by 26%. The study results reveal that the effect of artificial rainfall in the east Hexi corridor is significant and feasible, and artificial rainfall can be extensively used to increase the volume of water resources, improve the entironment, and increase the water storage of reservoirs in the east Hexi Corridor.
