摘要
现在,NOC(Network on Chip)技术引人注目,并有可能成为未来10年内集成电路设计的主流技术。从SOC发展到NOC,主要不同就是用网络取代总线,各个模块如何连接,形成的网络性能与网络拓朴结构有很大关系。主要介绍Mesh,Torus,Fat tree,Octagon,N_polygon和蛛形拓朴网络以及它们的五种主要属性:节点度,网络直径,连通度,平均最短路径和平均最短布线。
Now, The NOC( Network on Chip)technology is drawing many people's attention and may become mainstream technology in designing the integrated circuits in the coming 10 years. From the SOC to the NOC, the main dissimilarity is the use of the network to replace the bus. How to connect, how to form network function is greatly related to topological structures. In this paper we introduce mesh, torus, the fat tree, octagon ,n_polygon and the spidernet topology networks and their five main properties: The node degree, the network diameter, connection , the average shortest circuit path and the average shortest wire length.
