摘要
本文根据实验观察,对高速切削条件下连续型带状锯齿形切屑的形成过程进行了分析研究。研究结果表明,在锯齿形切屑的形成过程中,变形材料经历了塑性剪切变形和集中剪切滑移两个变形过程。本文作者分析了锯齿形切屑周期性形成的变形机理,对锯齿形切屑形成的有关变形参数进行了设计计算。
Based on the experimental observation, the high speed formation courses of the continuous banding serrated chips are studied and analyzed. The findings show that, in course of serrated chip forming, the deforming material went through the both deforming stages of the plastic shear deformation and the local shear slip. The authors found cutting formulae on analyzing the serrated chip deforming mechanisms in periodicity and perform calculations of deforming parameters of the serrated chips forming with the formulae.
