摘要
通过对连铸二冷区设备改造及工艺优化,建立了精确实用的方坯高效连铸二冷凝固传热数学模型,应用该模型对Q235钢150 mm×150 mm断面的二次冷却过程进行仿真计算,获得了合理的二次冷却制度。
By means of reconstructing the secondary cooling system of continuous caster and optimizing technology,the accurate and applicable mathematic model of solidification and heat transfer for billet in high efficient continuous casting process was established.This model has been used to simulate and calculate for the secondary cooling process of billet(steel:Q235,section 150 mm × 150 mm),as a result,a reasonable secondary cooling system was obtained.
