摘要
采用PE公司带FPD检测器的Clarus500型气相色谱仪测定了焦炉煤气中H2S的含量,同时用国标的碘滴定法进行试验数据对比。结果表明,本方法分析周期由每样2 h缩短到10 min左右,且煤气中H2S的含量在(5~5 000)×10-6的范围内线性关系良好,准确度高,重现性好,完全满足不同含量H2S分析要求,是一种简便快速的分析方法。
The content of sulfureted hydrogen in coal gas was determined by Clarus 500 gas chromatogram meter,at the same time,a comparison between test datas was made with the national standard iodimetry.The results indicated that the accuracy and reproduction quality of this method was good.Analysis cycle was reduced from original 2 hours to 10 minutes about.Moreover the linear relationship was very well when the content of H2S in coal gas was within the range of(5-5 000)× 10^-6.This method can completely meet a demand for analyzing H2S of various content.It is one kind of simple and fast analysis means.
