肿瘤坏死因子在免疫介导的再障小鼠发病中作用的研究

The role of tumor necrosis factor alpha in the pathogenesis of immunologically mediated aplastic anemia in mice

本文研究了免疫介导的再障小鼠发病时和发病过程血浆中TNF—α含量,脾细胞诱生TNF能力和脾细胞中TNF mRNA的表达的改变。结果发现:再障时血浆中TNF的水平升高,而目.随病情的发展TNF的量逐渐增多;而脾细胞诱生TNF的能力却下降,脾细胞TNF mRNA的表达下降。

The plasma levels of TNF alpha was determined dynamically using TNF ELISA; and TNF mRNA in spleen cells from varied groups was determined using Northern Blot. The results showed that: (1) Elevated levels of TNF-alpha in plasma from mice of immunologically- mediated aplastic anemia. (2) Induced production of TNF from spleen cells were much lower in exprimental groups than that in normal control group. (3) Decreased TNF-α gene expression present in spleen cell in AA group compared with normal control group.
