外周血T细胞亚群及活化状态改变与过敏性哮喘的关系 被引量:1

摘要 利用APAAP法观察了20例中重症过敏性哮喘发作患者外周血T细胞亚群及其活化状态改变,并与20例缓解期过敏性哮喘患者和70例健康对照者进行了比较。结果表明:T细胞亚群的改变在3组间差异无显著性(P>0.05),而反映CD_4^+T细胞活化的CD_(25)和HLA-DR的表达在中重度发作期患者明显高于其他两组(P均<0.01),且分别与血清总IgE呈正相关(r=0.3855、0.3554,P均<0.05),与第1秒用力呼气量(FEVI)呈负相关(r=-0.6884,-0.5875,P均<0.01),提示,外周血CD_4^+T细胞活化是中重度过敏性哮喘发作的主要原因之一。 In order to understand the roles of T-cells in the allergic asthma, the peripheral blood T-cell subsets and its activated state were investigated, by APAAP method, in 20 allergic asthmatics during moderate or severe asthma attacks, 20 subjects with allergic asthma in stable condition, and 20 normal subjects. No differances in T-cell subsets were observed among 3 groups (P>0.05). T-cells from asthmatics with moderate or severe episode showed significant increase in the expression of antigens associated with CD_4 T-cells activation(CD_(25) and HLA-DR) as compared with those from asthmatics in stable condition(P<0.01) and those from control subjects(P<0.01). The numbers of CD_(25)^+, and HLA-DR^+ T-cells in asthma episode group were correlated with the total level of IgE in serum (r=0.3855, 0.3554, P<0.05), also with decrease of FEV_1 (r=0.6884, 0.5875, P<0.01). These results suggested that the increased number of activated CD_4^+ T-cells may be one of the important mechanisms of allergic asthma.
