摘要
目的探讨循证护理管理在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法分析2000—2003年影响护理质量的因素，确定循证问题，通过查阅文献并结合管理经验及患者的需求，做出管理决策，通过实践、评价循环往复提高护理质量。结果实施循证护理管理后，护理人员的工作满意度提高，参与护理管理的意识增强，2004、2005年的患者满意度较2003年以前有所提高。结论循证护理管理是实现护理质量持续改进的有效途径，将是未来医院护理管理的发展趋势。
Objective In order to know the effects of using evidence-based nursing for nursing quality management. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the nurisng quality-related factors from 2000 to 2003 according to the documents of patients , made out evident problems and then check up related documents, supported counter nursing measures. Results The practice of evidence-based hospital management in nursing improved the job satisfaction of nurses and enhanced the consciousness of management participation.Compared with 2003, the degree of satisfaction of patients in 2004 and 2005 was improved significantly. Conclusions Evidence-based hospital management in nursing is an effective way to keep a sustaining improvement in nursing quality,which will become the future of nursing management.
