摘要
目的探讨自制防照油对放射性皮肤损伤的防治效果及相应护理措施。方法将接受放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者103例随机分为2组，研究组53例，应用防照油防治皮肤损伤，对照组50例，应用湿润烧伤膏。在3个放疗剂量（50Gy、60Gy、≥70Gy）下观察2组皮肤损伤的发生情况。结果在50Gy、60Gy及≥70Gy3个放疗剂量下2组皮肤损伤的发生情况比较差异均有统计学意义，研究组Ⅱ度皮肤损伤的潜伏期延长、Ⅲ度皮肤损伤的恢复时间均较对照组显著缩短。结论防照油对放射性皮肤损伤有较好防治作用。
Objective In order to know the effects of serf-designed preventive oil for patients with radiodermatitis and counter nursing measures. Methods Divided 103 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma into the research group（53 cases） and the control group（50 cases） randomly, self-designed preventive oil was used in the research group, while routine nursing cares was used in the control group, compared incidence condtions of skin injury between the two groups. Results The indexes which can indicate the curative effects in the research group were all significantly better than those of in the control group P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The preventive oil were effective to reduce acute radiodermatitis in patients with NPC.
