摘要
家族性嗜铬细胞瘤伴甲状腺髓样癌一家系李国建姚庆端王桂梅例１男，６０岁。因阵发性头痛，头晕，劳动或饥饿、情绪波动时症状加重就诊。发作时面色苍白，多汗，视力模糊，心悸气短，休息后自行缓解。体查：Ｐ７５次／分、Ｂｐ２８／１３．５ｋＰａ（２１０／１００ｍｍＨ...
