茉莉花茶是我省具有竞争力的茶叶产品,本文从茶坯、鲜花、窨制工艺、农残控制和简化分级等方面探讨了提高湖南花茶质量的关键技术。
Jasmine probes into the key technology, pesticide tea is one of the tea products with competitiveness in Hunan province. This essay technics to improve its quality, from the aspects of tea base,Jasmine flower, scenting residue control and simplification of grading.
