摘要
目的探讨急性有机磷农药的中毒特点及防范措施。方法回顾性分析了90例急性有机磷农药中毒的临床资料。结果导致死亡原因有:服毒量过大、中毒严重、治疗延误、阿托品减量过快或停药过早。结论正确及时的对患者进行洗胃,使用阿托品复能剂并采取有效的综合治疗是成功抢救有机磷急性中的关键。
