小切口无张力疝修补手术治疗腹股沟疝

Tiny incision tension-free inguinal hernia herniorrhaphy

目的探讨小切口无张力疝修补手术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法2004年7月～2006年10月,采用无张力疝修补手术284例患者,其中152例采用小切口无张力疝修补手术（小切口组）,132例采用常规无张力疝修补手术（常规组）。结果小切口组平均术后留院时间（2.26±0.09）d,平均费用（4528.5±8.3）元,无术后切口感染,无尿潴留,2例术后阴囊血肿,1例术后复发;常规组平均术后留院时间（7.57±0.16）d,平均费用（5734.7±5.6）元,2例术后切口感染,5例术后阴囊血肿,3例术后复发,均需导尿。结论小切口无张力疝修补手术各项临床指标均优于常规无张力疝修补手术,小切口无张力疝修补手术是一种可行的专业化腹股沟疝修补手术。

Objective To evaluate tiny incision operation for the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods From July 2004 to October 2006,284 patients who treated by tension-free herniorrhaphy were randomly divided into tiny incision group（n=152）and routine group（n=132）. Results The mean postoperative hospital stay was（2.26±0.09）days,and the mean charge was （4528.5±8.3）yuan in tiny incision group. Postoperative follow-up was satisfactory in tiny incision group without incisional infection and urine retention. Hematoma of scrotum was 2 cases,1 case was recurrence. In routine group,the mean postoperative hospital stay and the mean charge were （7.57±0.16）days,（5734.7±5.6）yuan,respectively. Incisional infection was 2 cases,hematoma of scrotum was 5 cases,3 cases were recurrence. Conclusions The clinical indication in tiny incision group was better than that in routine group. The tiny incision tension-free herniorrhaphy is a feasible specialize operation to inguinal hernia.
