肉毒毒素A治疗半侧面肌痉挛及电生理研究

Clinical and Electrophysiologic Study of Botulinum Toxin A Treatment for Hemifacial Spasm

对3例用肉毒毒素A治疗半侧面肌痉挛患者的疗效及电生理进行了研究。结果提示,临床缓解期依然有自发动作电位的爆发,但其时程缩短,波幅变小,爆发频率明显减少。注射前后的潜速率及注射后的衰减试验未见明显变化,因而未能发现运动神经突触前乙酰胆碱(Ach)释放抑制的证据。

Three patients with hemifacial spasm were treated with botulinum toxin A injection and investigated by electrophysiology. The mean duration of remission was 12 weeks. Before botulinum toxin A injection and 3 hours and 5 days after the treatment,the latency rate,decrement test and EMG were performed upon the facial nerve. The results showed that the electromyographic abnormal findings still presented in the remission period, but the intermittent bursts of spbntaneous action potentials were obviously reduced,the amplitude declined and duration shortened. However the changes were not found in the latency rate and decrement test, therefore there was no significant presynaptic inhibition of acetyl-choline release.
