由于功利主义职业价值观的影响,人们往往只关注教师的外职业生涯发展,忽视了教师的内职业生涯发展。本文从教师职业的本质及教师作为生命个体的本性出发指出教师内职业生涯发展是教师职业及教师个体的一种需要,是教师走向自由和幸福的必由之路。

Because of the influence of utilitarianism values of profession, teachers＇ internal Career development is neglected continuously by us. This article, from the perspective of essence of the teacher profession and the teacher＇ nature of life, demonstrates that teachers＇ internal career development is a demand of teacher as occupation and person, and the only way that can bring freedom to teachers.
